Showing, Vintage Sabatier Thiers Region 14.5" Chef Knife Unmarked. The knife overall is around 14.5 inches. Blade length is around 9-7/8 inches,the edge is in excellent condition. It is a fairly old vintage, all of the makers marks are worn off or never existed. These knives are the highest quality carbon chef knives you can find. This knife would make a excellent Camp Chef Knife.
