Redding Model 1 Powder Scale. It is an old school cast iron brown job with the hydraulic damping and a very accurate balance scale. It will measure from 0 - 325 grains.This powder scale is estate found, the balance scale beam has a paddle damper that sets in a reservoir of oil which resists motion.
